Good News from Team Waddell Motorsports

We must share our biggest success to date - Our drivers ran away with the Central States Championship, which took place in Garden City, KS, over the July 4th weekend ! ! !

Shayla (#88) is 11 years old. She set the Junior Sprint fast time -

Savannah (#44) is 7 years old. She set 4th fastest time, which earned her the pole position for the Trophy Dash - she won that race.

Savannah also won the Transfer Race, Shayla finished 2nd; and Shayla took 2nd in the Heat Race.

The most exciting of all . . . Shayla won the A Main -

P.S. Other exciting news for the 2004 season . . .

As of July 2004, Shayla is ranked 4th, and Savannah 5th in the NMMA Junior Sprint NATIONAL rankings!

5/8/04 - Shayla wins the Trophy Dash for our first week of racing this season.

5/22/04 - Shayla wins Trophy Dash @ Kansas State Race.

5/29/04 - Shayla sets fast time and wins the Final at the Oklahoma State Race. Both girls earn a Top 5 in the A Main.

6/5/04 - Both girls earn a Top 5 finish at the Missouri State Race.

6/12/04 - Shayla gets her first 'SWEEP' - wins the heat, trophy dash and A Main @ Port City Raceway, Tulsa, OK. AND, the Port City Raceway fans vote for Best Looking Car. The girls tie for the Junior Sprint Class award.

6/18/04 - Shayla wins the Heat and Feature at Will Rogers Raceway, Claremore, OK.

6/26/04 - Shayla sets fast time, and wins the Memorial Race Final and A Main at Port City Raceway

• Top 10 Kid Sprint Driver (6th in points), I-44 Speedway, Oklahoma City - 2002
• Only female driver to score a Top 5 in the Junior Sprints, I-44 Speedway - 2001
• First female driver ever to compete in the Junior Sprint Class at I-44 Speedway (Oklahoma City), Southwest Speedway (Fort Cobb), Port City Raceway (Tulsa) - 2001

Savannah

• Top 5 Kid Sprint Driver (4th in points), I-44 Speedway, Oklahoma City - 2002
• Began her rookie year at age 5 as the youngest driver ever to compete at I-44 Speedway - 2002
