1. COD (company or Cashiers Check or Cash only). Any mix of product line (excluding engines). Discover, Master Card, and Visa and American Express Cards accepted! 3% fee on credit card purchases..

2. Notice on NSF checks will be given only once. After ten (10) days, we will notify the states attorney’s office and the check writer will be arrested and charged with a felony. There will be a $25 charge for each NSF check written. Future orders to these accounts will be COD, cash only.

3. All open accounts over thirty (30) days will be subject to a 2% per month carrying charge and will be put on a COD basis.

4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. All returns must be approved prior to shipping.

5. ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED BY TCRE PRODUCT NUMBERS. We cannot be responsible for orders filled in error due to lack of item number.

6. LOWER PRICES AVAILABLE on quantity purchases. Those interested in quantity purchases on items not listed on the volume discount page may call or write for a specific price quote.

7. We will not compromise highest quality products for price. Quality, not price is our first consideration. We are not just looking for something to sell, we work hard to provide the best quality racing products.
