We feel, the O&H Gold Rings are superior in quality to anything else on the market. They are titanium nitride coated stainless steel alloy. Each ring is re-ground on both sides after coating for proper seating in ring groove. They are very hard and slippery. In four hours of racing, the ring end gap will change less than .001” indicating no ware to ring or bore.
